Robots for Camel races?!

These people have too much money and nothing serious to spend it on if they are building robotic jockeys to ride their camels...Maybe they should try feeding their people. Or educating them so when the oil runs out then they can do something. But I guess you have to have some level of intelligence to even think about that.
